Lillian Weymouth was the seventh child of George Weymouth (1843-1888) and his wife Clara Harris (1843-1915). Born in Launceston on 20 Aug 1876, Lillian was 15 at the time this portrait was taken. On 29 Jun 1898, in Launceston, she married Ben Thomas Price who was born on 6 Oct 1873 at Morven (Evandale). They had one daughter also named Lillian. After the death of her husband Lillian married a second time to Tom May and had another child in Queensland. Lillian died in Queensland in 1952. See The Examiner 18 & 25 Feb 2006.
