This is possibly Miss Mary Weedon who was born in Launceston on 22 Dec 1853 to Charles James Weedon (c.1810-1874) and Charlotte Hardwicke. Mary did not marry. She died aged 78 on 15 Sep 1932 at her residence in St John Street. She was buried at Carr Villa in Section B14 No. 34.

Mary's father was said to have come to Tasmania in the same ship as the artist John Glover in 1831. In her will Mary bequeathed a picture of an oak tree by Glover to her brother Hardwicke Weedon.

Her sister Florence Green and family, two of her nieces, Muriel and Frances Weedon, and Harrison cousins are also in the Family Album.
