This is possibly Frances Annie Weedon (known as Cis) who was born on 31 May 1875 and christened on 27 Jul 1875. She was the second child of Aubrey Weedon (1850-1936) and Frances Jane Lord who were married in 1873 in Launceston. Frances Annie had one brother, Aubrey Lord Weedon (born 1874).

Other members of her extended family attended the Tasmanian Exhibition, including Harrison, Green and Weedon cousins.

Frances's engagement to James Cox Innes was announced in The Weekly Courier on 13 Jan 1906. The marriage was expected to take place the following year but no marriage appears to have happened. Frances continued to live with her parents, and, after her mother's death in Oct 1909, with her father, in Launceston.
