This is possibly Gerald Hinton Weatherhead born on 18 April 1877 in Scarborough, Yorkshire, England. His father Samuel was a coal merchant in England, and died in Launceston in 1892. His mother Emily Letitia died in 1897. The Weatherhead family arrived in Launceston in 1884. By 1913 Gerald was a farmer at Lilydale. He married Muriel Meadows in Sydney in 1915. Their daughter Joyce was born in Paddington in 1917. By 1936 Gerald was a clerk at the Boy Scouts Camp in Heathcote, NSW. Gerald died of a stroke in 1951 in St George Hospital, Kogarah, NSW.
