This is possibly Jens Morton Jensen who lived in Launceston around the time of the Tasmanian Exhibition in 1891-92.
There was also a Julius Jensen, married to Elizabeth Ann Sims, of 41 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, battery manager at Golconda in the North-East.
Julian Jensen lived in Esk Street, Inveresk, at this time.
