Although this photo is missing from the Album it is thought to be of Edith Alice Higgs who was born on 10 Nov 1863, the fourth daughter and eleventh child of Joshua Higgs, senior, architect and surveyor, and his wife Ann White. She never married. Like her father and most of her siblings she was a watercolour artist. She died in Launceston on 22 Aug 1953. Her sister Ruth is also in the Family Album.
