Louisa Elizabeth Hesketh, born in New Norfolk, was the eldest daughter of Rev. Wickham Mayer Hesketh (1811-1868) and Georgiana Averina Moore (1828-1879). On 1 Dec 1883 Louisa was appointed as a clerk in the Launceston Electric Telegraph Office. Her sister Emma and brother Leonard are also pictured in the Family Album. Either Louisa or Emma was a soprano in the Exhibition Choir in 1891-92. Louisa was a witness at Emma's wedding in 1896. In 1914 she was living at 33 Frederick Street. Louisa died on 25 Dec 1917 in Victoria.
