Lavinia Mabel Dunning, known by her second name, was born on 11 May 1877 at Launceston. She was the sixth child of John Dunning (1839-1894), of the 'Golden Fleece' drapery store, Brisbane Street, and Susannah Sophia Luttrell (1844-1896). Mabel died aged 68 on 3 Mar 1946 and was buried with her sister Mary in Section B15 No. 117 at the Carr Villa Cemetery. Five of Mabel's brothers and sisters are also in the Album.
