This is possibly Dora Westbrook who was born on 5 Nov 1864, a daughter of Joshua Henry Westbrook (1823-1896), manager of the Bank of Australasia, and his wife Elizabeth Anne Norman. Dora was christened at the Holy Trinity Church of England, Launceston, 22 Dec 1864.

Dora was a witness to her sister Mary's marriage to Edmund Genders on 1 Oct 1895. She died on 8 Mar 1956, aged 91, and is buried at Carr Villa.
