









Ketha Clarisse Walker was born on 31 Dec 1871, the eldest of six children of Charles Augustus Walker (1838-1907) and his wife Catherine Turner. Ketha married Edwin Beauverie (or Brown) Primrose at St John's Church, Launceston, on 15 Oct 1892. Her sister Vera was the bridesmaid. The newly-wed couple moved to Victoria where Edwin was the manager of the Commercial Bank of Victoria at Echuca. Their six children were born in Victoria: John, 1893; Ketha, 1898; William, 1903; Elizabeth, 1906; Edwin, 1912 and Margaret, 1915. Edwin senior died in 1920 aged 64 at his home in Caulfield, Victoria. Ketha died in 1965 aged 93.
